First the Magicc Bullets and then the Magnum Bullets were sold to about 30,000 men in Canada. These men and their wives were delighted to be able to function again sexually. There was not a single complaint. There were no side effects similar to the prescription drugs, which indicates that they had none of the drugs in it. It's now a number of years later and we are still getting requests for them. Here are excerpts of their desperate petition letters addressed to the Prime Minister. The Prime Minister never sent them a reply.

Each of the letters we received represents a few hundred thousand men and their wives that are too shy to write letters about their sexual needs.

These men and women demonstrate how desperate they are for help. The Toronto Sun newspaper says in an article that 3 million men in Canada are unable to function sexually. Only big drug companies can afford that. This made it virtually impossible to continue. So they had to be taken off the market as well.

Health Canada charged us for selling the Magicc Bullets. Our lawyer advised us to fight the charges in court, because the lab tests that were made by Health Canada were not conclusive and would not stand up in court. The lab technician of Health Canada said at a meeting in front of a number of witnesses that she had “options” how to interpret findings and proceed with the test. Furthermore, an independent lab commented that it is impossible to say with certainty whether or not there were Schedule F drugs in the Magicc Bullets or whether it is just plant material with similar spikes.

Two years after Health Canada forced us to withdraw the Magicc Bullets, on October 14, 2005, all charges by Health Canada were dropped after we made a donation to the Heart and Stroke Foundation as requested.

It is very unfortunate that so many millions of men, that suffer by not being able to function sexually, could not be helped with the Bullets. The cost of the destroyed products and lawyer fees on both sides may run into $500,000.00. The donation to the Heart and Stroke Foundation could have been done right in the beginning of this hassle two years ago without all the huge lawyer billings. We have in fact been making donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation every year as their computer shows. Huge amounts of money were wasted. Our money as well as tax payer’s money. Very unfortunate indeed for all the suffering that was caused to millions of men, their wives and children in stressed marriages or divorces. To those men and women that still telephone us virtually every day, we have to say that we stopped supplying the Bullets after the recall and will not resume selling them even to those that say they desperately want them.
