How long does it
take to get pain relief?
- 90% (most) have pain relief in 2-3 weeks with

The good
wife was right
After my 3rd bottle it did not seem worthwhile to continue.

Most people take glucosamine for the wrong reasons.
I take 2 capsules of Bell glucosamine a day as a PREVENTIVE
so that my joints in a few years down the road remain in smooth
working condition. I feel it would be a smart idea if all people
over 40 would take some glucosamine every day as a preventive. 70%
over 50 develop arthritis in their joints. Most do nothing to prevent
it and start taking a remedy only after they developed arthritis
pain.
For my arthritis I take our shark cartilage to remain
pain free. My CUSTOMERS, who took glucosamine for their arthritis,
wrote that as a remedy for arthritis glucosamine was of little help.
A friend of mine took it for a whole year. When they started Bell
shark cartilage there was within a few weeks a huge improvement.
Comments were made saying it was "a hundred times more effective".

Good example
To demonstrate things better this example was given. You wouldn't
think of driving your car without the preventive of oil in your
motor. Without this preventive the motor would grind to a halt.
Once the damage is done, it is pretty hard to repair it later on.
Glucosamine may be the best preventative we have to avoid having
joint damage from wear and tear, injury or other reasons, in our
later years.
Bovine
Chondroitin Sulphate
Bovine (cow) chondroitin, normally sold with glucosamine,
was made famous by a book saying it is a "cure" for arthritis.
Health professionals did not agree with this book. This cow chondroitin
is helping better than glucosamine alone. However, people who tried
Bell shark cartilage, which contains SHARK chondroitin, are saying

Your shark
cartilage is best
Better than glucosamine and (bovine) chondroitin. I am almost
70 years old and have had arthritis in every joint for many
years. I could only sleep on my back and then only for a few
