This is also a known risk factor for diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, gallbladder disease, stroke and some forms of cancer - plus an increased risk of overall mortality. In some weeks you will lose more weight and in other weeks less weight and in some weeks you may also stay unchanged. As long as you lose a few pounds each month, you will reach your goal without any doubt. Stay on course even if you experience some disappointments. Never give up!
