Eligibility

Contest is open to residents of both Canada and United States. All Participants must be older than 18 years old. No purchase is necessary to participate, however in order to participate clients must sign up and accept confirmation to receive our monthly newsletter. Employees or third party individuals as well as others involved & family members related with Bell Lifestyle Products Inc are not eligible to participate in the contest. This Contest is governed by the laws of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, and is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations.

Picking the Winner

Winner will be picked randomly from a draw by a Bell Lifestyle Products Inc representative. The odds of winning the prize depends on the number of subscribers that participate before the closing date of the contest. All participants that subscribe after the closing contest date will not be consider for the draw. Participants that do not complete all requirements to subscribe for our newsletter will not be considered taking part in the giveaway contest. Winner will be chosen within 24 hours of the expiration of the contest and will be notified by email. After notification winner will have 48 hours to respond. If winner does not answer within this time another winner will be chosen and the same procedure will apply until a winner is determined.

Additional Terms

Bell Lifestyle products reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual from the contest if inappropriate behavior is founded or suspected upon. Sweepstake entries that are generated through scripts or any other automated resources will be automatically disqualified. Any attempt from any individual to alter or damage the operation of this contest will be consider a violation act and Bell Lifestyle Products Inc. reserves the right to seek damages from such individual to the extent permitted by law.

Release of Liability

By subscribing to the contest & newsletter participants agrees to accept and abide by the rules & conditions of this contest. Participants understand that any problem or dispute with regards to the manner in which the contest is perform, its rules, and the way the winner is picked shall be resolved by Bell Lifestyle Products Inc in its sole discretion; whose decision shall be biding and final. By Entering Participants agree to release and hold Bell Lifestyle Products and its sponsor for the Spa Gift Certificate free of all responsibility from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest or the prize.
